Can't stress this enough: we all have to learn from Orthodox Bar and its staff! Beside excellent drinks, loaded with history, literature and passion, this place promotes a way of living. An easygoing, relaxed and kind way of living. As they write in their lovely menu, one should surround him/her self by positive vibes only, by love and pleasure for the little things life has to offer. Well, we found all that in this amazingly setup bar in a small alley of St. Petersburg. Top quality cocktails, top quality vibes and top quality service. Yeah, this place is TOP. If I could give 6 stars, i'd give 10.

Clearly the best Cocktail Bar in St Petersburg. Very attentive service even when busy . The level of service and quality still Maintained even when we came back several years later . Extremely knowledgeable bartenders with very unique cocktails. The Trio Shots of the “Brothers Karmazov” is a must try and for anyone who likes Kvass or Mulled Wine ; must try “The Dawn”.

One of the best bar in SPB! Please JUST GO THERE and try the cocktail "FOREST". Eat the little parts of the tree :) They arr eatable 😍 Thanks a lot to the gentleman manager who suggested me that cocktail!

If you want to try some away from the regular cocktails...Orthodox is a great place for unique drinks . The bartenders were awesome at suggesting drinks which were different yet amazing!

American traveler.... definitely try this place. Great cocktails at a great price. Around $5 USD. Great selection of Russian vodkas. Bartender spoke English. You cannot see this place from the street. It's in the courtyard near the street.

Drinks were nice enough. Service practically non-existent, bartender was more concerned with showing off in front of other customers and leaning on the bar talking with pretty girls. It’s a shame.
